We've shipped public shareable links for conversations. You can now generate a link for any conversation and send it to anyone — teammates, clients, or external stakeholders — without them needing an Oration account.

Recipients see the same transcript, audio, and metadata you'd see on the conversation history page, with no friction on their end.

With public shareable links, you can now:

• Share with anyone, no login required: Generate a public link from any conversation and distribute it over email, Slack, or wherever your team communicates. Recipients get full access to the transcript, audio playback, and conversation metadata.
• Workspace-level admin controls: Sharing is opt-in and enabled at the workspace level. Admins decide whether the feature is available at all, so your organization retains control over what can be shared externally.
• Revoke access at any time: Each link is unique to its conversation. If you no longer want a link to be accessible, you can revoke it from the conversation detail page — the link stops working immediately.

To get started, open any conversation from your history page, click Share, and copy the public link. The option only appears if your workspace admin has enabled external sharing.
